Transcript Maker now offers school plans
For a while now, we’ve heard from private and public schools frustrated by how complicated it is to produce a large number of high school transcripts in-house, often with spreadsheets and word processors. Starting today, Transcript Maker has a solution: school plans.
School plans come in three sizes, small, medium, and large, based on how many transcripts your school needs to keep. Every school plan includes plenty of room for transcripts, plus features built just for schools.
Built for schools
- Your school’s branding: upload your school logo and a watermark to appear on every transcript.
- School details in one place: set your school’s name, address, phone, and email once, and they show up automatically on every new transcript.
- A student directory: find any student’s transcript quickly by name, date of birth, and more.
- A custom footer: add extra information to the bottom of every transcript, with formatting like bold, italics, and different font sizes.
- Course suggestions: enter the courses your school commonly offers once, and they’ll appear as suggestions whenever you add a course to a transcript, so you don’t have to type them again.
- Priority support: requests from school accounts move to the front of the line.
As always, transcript data is stored securely in the cloud, backed up every night, and encrypted in transit.

Even as we welcome schools, our top focus is still what it has always been: serving homeschool families. We have new features for family plans on the way later this year, too.
Update: Schools have used Transcript Maker ever since, and many of its newer features started as school requests, including credit programs, custom grading scales, student CSV import, and Texas TREx support. See what’s new in Transcript Maker for more.
